a) Reservation

b) Cancellation

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount of the booked session.

6. Refund Policy
